Framinia Academy S.r.l. was founded on January 13, 2021 as a spin-off of the training area of Framinia S.r.l., a company that has been operating in the field of occupational safety for more than 20 years. The company deals with the design and implementation of professional and entrepreneurial training interventions and offers an articulated catalog of training proposals, throughout the country.
The operational offices in Rome and Milan have human resources (internal and external to the organization) specializing in consulting and teaching. We collaborate with industry experts and qualified professionals to develop training programs that are aligned with current labor market needs and enable students to acquire the skills required by evolving industries.
Many of our clients companies operate in the audiovisual sector by organizing public, private, live, musical, and sports events, film productions, TV programs, and theatrical performances.

To offer high-quality professional training services and consulting that enables our clients to certify specific knowledge and skills. The Framinia Academy team provides support and professionalism for the organization of basic, cross-curricular and in the field of Occupational Safety training.
Framinia Academy designs and delivers occupational health and safety training courses in FAD, e-learning and classroom modes at its offices in Rome and Milan and throughout the country and internationally. Occupational Safety Training, is a key prevention and protection measure that employers can implement in order to protect their workers. All courses provided by our company can be viewed in our course catalog.
We hold the courses both at our classrooms and at the sites of client companies. Our e-learning courses are delivered through a proprietary platform and include different subject areas. For Occupational Health and Safety training courses, the platform provides continuous and mandatory interactivity, as required by the State-Regions Agreement of Dec. 21, 2011, to keep the learner’s attention and involvement alive and avoid passive fruition. The final certificate is issued upon passing the learning verification test.
