Aims and objectives of the course:

from discriminating factors and any form of physical, sexual or psychological
violence. - Improve productivity and quality of
performance, reducing the risk of accidents, occupational diseases and
work-related stress. - Maintain a work environment in which
interpersonal relationships respect theprinciples of equality, mutual fairness
and mutual respect.
