Target Audience

The training course is intended for:

Personnel working in food businesses whose duties do not involve the direct handling of food, but who may influence the hygiene and sanitary conditions of the working environment.

Objectives:

To provide basic knowledge and appropriate practices in order to:

prevent contamination and hygiene-related non-compliance;
understand the principles of the HACCP system and the role of the operator;
correctly apply company procedures relating to hygiene, sanitation and the management of hygiene-related risks relevant to their duties.
