Target Audience
The training course is intended for:
- Personnel working in food businesses whose duties do not involve the direct handling of food, but who may influence the hygiene and sanitary conditions of the working environment.
Objectives:
To provide basic knowledge and appropriate practices in order to:
- prevent contamination and hygiene-related non-compliance;
- understand the principles of the HACCP system and the role of the operator;
- correctly apply company procedures relating to hygiene, sanitation and the management of hygiene-related risks relevant to their duties.

Final Assessment:
Final multiple-choice test.
Certificate:
Individual certificates will be issued upon full attendance of the course and successful completion of the final learning assessment.
