Aims and objectives of the course:

• Ensure a healthy work environment, free
  from discriminating factors and any form of physical, sexual or psychological
  violence.
• Improve productivity and quality of
  performance, reducing the risk of accidents, occupational diseases and
  work-related stress.
• Maintain a work environment in which
  interpersonal relationships respect theprinciples of equality, mutual fairness
  and mutual respect.

• Know how to
  identify the responsibilities and obligations arising from the existing
  regulatory framework;
• Recognize the
  importance of violence and harassment in the workplace;
• Recognize and
  know how to identify the type of violence or harassment experienced;
